Having read the section from Lamb and Johnson section identify what you regard as the key issues in budget management facing the teacher librarian in your school or in a school you know.
Understanding not only the budgeting process for the school but also the current curriculum needs with that school. Collaboration with teaching staff, principals, bursars, accountants is essential for both areas to be addressed adequately.
